Your enquiries & tours

Our initial enquiry form asks for your first name, email address, your child’s age range, preferred start timeframe and care schedule. You may also provide your last name and phone number. We use these details to answer your enquiry, discuss care options and availability, arrange a tour and manage related follow-up. A tour booking also records the appointment and supports confirmations, reminders and schedule changes.

Please do not include a child’s full name, birth date, diagnosis, medical records or FSCD agreement in the initial enquiry. Fatima can explain the appropriate private next steps if more information is needed. An enquiry does not reserve a childcare place, approve funding or confirm a tour time.

Website services & cookies

Our website and enquiry platform may record technical information such as an IP address, browser details, the page used and campaign or referral information. These help operate the website, prevent abuse and identify the source of enquiries.

Our contact page includes Google Maps, and our website uses fonts supplied by Google. Loading these services shares technical information with Google; the map may use its own cookies. Social buttons link directly to our profiles. Your chosen social platform’s privacy practices apply when you visit it.

On our enquiry pages, optional Google advertising cookies help measure enquiries associated with advertising. Choose “Accept essential” to decline them or “Accept all” to allow them. You can enquire with advertising cookies declined. Our advertising tag is configured with advertising personalization disabled and does not send enquiry-form contents to Google.

To change a saved advertising choice, use “Change cookie choices” at the bottom of an enquiry or confirmation page. The page reloads and asks you to choose again. You can also clear the cookies for enrol.littlecaterpillarsacademy.ca in your browser’s site settings and reload the page. Contact Fatima if you need help.

Providers & information outside Canada

Hostinger hosts our rebuilt website. HighLevel/LeadConnector hosts our enquiry pages and forms, manages enquiries and appointments, and delivers related communications. BlūLion supports the setup and administration of these services for our centre. Google provides the map, fonts and optional advertising measurement.

HighLevel states that its product infrastructure is in the United States. Information handled by providers outside Canada may be subject to the laws of those countries. Contact Fatima to ask about our policies and practices for these providers and their collection, use, disclosure or storage of your information.

How long we keep enquiry information

For an inactive enquiry that never becomes an enrolment, our retention limit is 12 months after the last enquiry-related interaction. We review these records for deletion when that period ends. Information needed to meet a legal obligation or address an ongoing dispute may be kept longer. Enrolled-family records follow separate childcare record requirements.

Your choices & questions

You can ask Fatima about access to or correction of your information, change or withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. We will explain any applicable limitations and how a change affects our ability to respond or arrange care. You can also call us instead of using an online form.
